You may benefit from counseling if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling to cope with emotions, relationships, or stressful situations. A therapist can assess and diagnose mental health conditions as well as provide support in dealing with life challenges.
Counseling sessions are 50 minutes.
Private Pay Fees:
Individual therapy sessions - $125
Couples or family therapy sessions - $150

Yes, I accept BCBS, Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna, Oscar, and Oxford. I currently accept Anthem EAP and Mutual of Omaha EAP.
If your plan has a copay, you will pay it at the time of service. You may need to contact your insurance provider to learn more about your mental health coverage.
Headway is the company I use to verify and bill insurance claims for mental health services. If you plan to use insurance, you will receive an email with instructions to create a Headway profile to access information about your insurance payments.
When you schedule an initial appointment, you will receive an email with instructions to access the client portal via Simple Practice. You may also download the Simple Practice Client Portal App to view your account.
According to Texas law, you have the right to your mental health records. To request records:
1. Submit a written request by email.
2. Include your full name, date of birth, and the specific records you are requesting.
3. Requests may be subject to identity verification and applicable fees as permitted by law.
4. Records will be provided within the timeframe required by Texas law.
If records are requested on behalf of another individual, documentation verifying legal authority is required. Examples include guardianship documentation or medical power of attorney.
Identity verification may be required to protect client privacy and confidentiality in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
